Start the tour by flying down the Na Pali Coast filled with emerald green pinnacles that run along the coast for 17 miles, surrounded by velvety cliffs and little valleys. Next, we’ll make our way to the Waimea Canyon, described as “The Grand Canyon of the Pacific.” Stretching over 10 miles long and 3,600 feet deep, this valley is an incredible sight especially with the advantageous views from the sky. Fly over to Wailua Falls, at the south end of Wailua River. This cascading waterfall consists of two trickling streams that drop 80 feet below, you may recognize it from the opening credits of the TV show “Fantasy Land.” Zoom over to Mount Waialeale, the second highest peak on the island of Kauai standing at approximately 5,148 feet above sea level. Take note of the thick clouds that we past and that it will most likely be raining as this is the second wettest place on earth, reaching 450 inches of rain per year!
